Agave tequilana is an evergreen perennial growing to 2 m (6ft) by 2 m (6ft) at a medium rate. Agave tequilana (weber's blue agave) a fast growing agave that grows to 5 feet tall and wide with 3 to 4 foot long narrow leaves of a beautiful shade of blue gray with a brown sharp terminal spine and margin teeth. There are around 200 types of agave plants, but they are all succulents, meaning that they’ve adapted an easy method of saving moisture within their leaves and surviving.
